Roof Replacement and Repairs
LPBA has completed dozens of roof replacement projects for schools, with materials including PVC, EPCM, Built-up Roofing, Asphalt and Slate shingles.  By working closely with manufacturer's representatives in the past and developing very comprehensive specifications for construction, our success rate for roofing is excellent.

Masonry
The masonry systems used in many older school facilities can be the most complex problem of all the building systems.  LPBA can help determine the casue and source of your masonry system failure and propose various alternatives for corrective procedures.   We have an established record of successful masonry projects ranging from "cosmetic" cutting pointing and historic restoration to structural repairs, including expansive reconstruction and reinforcing.

Doors and Windows
The value of replacing doors and windows can often be supported through examining life cycle costs and heating costs.  Replacement windows with high thermal performance can result in significant long term cost savings.  LPBA's experience can help save you money.  We are familiar with numerous manufacturers, as well as with proper installation detailing for retrofit, and thermal and moisture resistive properties of window units.
