| Scope: LPBA/ Architects was asked to review the 11-story (110 unit) Carl Hyman Towers for structural integrity and waterproofing. The exterior parapet and ribbed CMU exterior walls had been leaking water into the interior spaces. |

LPBA performed a thorough investigation to determine status and deliver recommendations on exterior elevations; roof, parapet walls, elevator penthouse and fenestration openings; a two-story Community Room attachment; and interior water damage.
