Location: Osterville, MA
Scope: The Grant Residence is a private residential compound overlooking Nantucket Sound on Cape Cod. LPBA/ Architects was retained as a consultant prior to the purchase of property to report on the condition of the buildings and suggest design ideas for its improvement. Following the client's purchase of land, LPBA developed an overall master plan. Design and construction management services were provided for this diverse project, which involved new construction and landscaping.

New additions included a two-story garden/pool house with changing rooms, entertainment area, rifle range, spa/sauna, full room restoration, and gazebo.

| Major alterations consisted of design changes to the house, outbuildings, and grounds with modifications to guest quarters, kitchen, and the English-style pub and lounge. |
